This is a clean, well-maintained, and peaceful campground with friendly, helpful staff. Guests appreciated the spacious sites, good amenities, and convenient location near beaches and transport to Southport and Liverpool. While temporary facilities were in place due to renovations, they were reported as clean and functional. Some minor road noise was noted, but overall visitors found it a great place to stay and many intend to return.

Liked Very friendly site, well organised and clean. Great location for walks to the beach and only 10 minutes drive to centre of Southport. Wifi signal is the best we have had due to the numerous repeater posts situated around the site. We will definitely return in the near future.
Disliked Nothing...everything was perfect!

Overall a great site
Powered gravel and cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Liked being surrounded by trees and seeing the rabbits on the grass. Even though the toilets and shower block were being refurbished the temporary ones were perfectly fine and spotlessly clean. Liked the number plate recognition barrier and knowing our pitch number beforehand so wr knew exactly where to go upon arrival.
Disliked The day before we left a caravan arrived opposite us. We felt this was too close as we could clearly see into theirs which meant they could do the same. We kept our front blinds closed.

Overpriced
Powered gravel and cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Great location & friendly staff
Disliked The price is far greater than the area. I paid less in the Lake District at a top quality park with great facilities. They should be discounting their prices whilst the toilet blocks are being refurbished, way overpriced for a portacabin with tiny cubicles and unreliable showers.
