What customers say
Black Beck Holiday Park gets rave reviews for its stunning scenery, spotless, modern facilities (especially showers/restrooms), and welcoming staff. Guests love the serene vibe, wildlife, and neat grounds, calling it a perfect Lake District base. Occasional Wi-Fi hiccups and pitch-to-amenity distance are noted, but recent feedback points to upgrades, including a new restroom block.

Lovely location but we probably wouldn’t return.
Bluebell FHU gravel and cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Lovely location, nice staff, good clean facilities.
Disliked The touring pitches in Daffodil were unsightly and we didn’t feel we could put our gazebo up as was just all stones. A nice bit of grass at the side with the stones contained within the boundaries would be much nicer. Pitches should also be numbered… someone has parked up in ours while we were out the last day. Phone signal non-existent unfortunately.

Liked Amazing site for visiting the Lake District. Good size level pitches. Amazing facilities- best bathroom set up we’ve ever been too! Spa was an optional extra and was lovely. Well stocked on site shop. Out 8 year old loved the freedom of the park and making new friends. WiFi worked fine for us. Walked to the local pub for dinner was excellent.

Bluebell FHU gravel and cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked If you can stay in the daffodil touring area it is very nice. However other touring area is very crowded .
Disliked Quiet time not until 11.30pm (way later than any campsite I have ever stayed in) and kids kicking balls around the pitches . We requested to move to other touring area which they accommodated but was asked to move back for our last night, we chose to leave instead as the other area was so hectic and not relaxing at all
