Liked Lovely, quiet campsite with clean portoloos and drinking water. Staff are friendly and the field is very well maintained. Well situated for visits to the Holy Island, Bamburgh Castle and Seahouses.

Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked The location was excellent. A lovely, friendly site. Toilets were basic but spotlessly clean, all the time. Susan was.super friendly and gave great advice about the area.

Extremely clean and friendly
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Amazing communication and extremely friendly. Felt very reassured we could get in touch if needed (though didn't need to, as instructions etc spot on). Super clean toilets and a good sized pitch.

Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked I cannot recommend this site enough!! Me and my partner stayed here for August bank holiday, directions/important info was given prior to our stay by Susan via email and we received such a warm welcome by her after our arrival. She really made such great effort to ensure we were happy with our stay and location, and she does an amazing job at keeping the toilets clean! Thank you Susan!
The campsite is in a perfect location, 10 minutes from Bamburgh and 15 minutes from Seahouses & holy island, such a great spot to visit these areas within 2 days (if you’re limited on time).

Liked Our stay was lovely because there was ample space, and there was great care taken by the owners to ensure the facilities were clean and well maintained.
We enjoyed a peaceful view and a lovely sun down.
Basic camping at its best, such a peaceful beautiful site.
Primitive grass and earth RV campsite
Liked Loved this pop up site, the owner was so lovely and kept the portaloos in pristine condition. It was so peaceful, everyone was so respectful of lights out time.Nice walk down to see the view over to Holy Island. And a great walk to Ross Back Sands a beautiful quiet beach,we had it to ourselves.Highly recommend biking from the site to Holy Island on cycle route number 1.
Disliked Absolutely nothing!
Excellent site. Clean facilities. Excellent owners. Close to beach.
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked The campsite is beautiful and really well kept. The owner is fantastic and helped us with recommendations on where to go. The site is close to Bamburgh beach, just a 10 minute drive to the beach and to seahouses, which is the local town. Parking is free to the beach if park along the sandunes and just hop.on over to the beach. The toliets are portaloos, although kept immaculate by the owner. There is a huge field on site so the children are able to play and enough space to walk your dogs. The pitches are really level and the ground is great
Disliked It's a shame it's not open all year round as it is a great place to visit.
