What customers say
Guests love the tranquil vibe & lakeside spots, plus the staff's helpfulness. The bar/restaurant is a hit for value. However, facilities are dated and Wi-Fi/mobile signal is spotty. Still, most found it a relaxing escape and would return.

Liked We had pitch No1 which was fab. Right next to the lake, close to showers toilets and Charlie's Bar, the lady who worked the bar was lovely, very friendly and helpful too. We only ordered the chips and they were lovely.

Nothing, would not return.…
Powered grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Nothing, would not return.
Disliked The park was very oddly laid out, very crammed with static vans.
The site was not very atheisticly pleasing as very mix match, the reception / bar looked like it was ready to fall down.
The toilet facilities needed knocking down and starting again, the floors were very soft and rotten.
Seems very run down requiring a lot of updating.

Run down
Powered grass and gravel travel trailer campsite (lake view)
Liked The lake
Disliked Run down site , mainly statics and by the looks of it long stay caravans . Reception closed on arrival . Toilet and shower block very run down . Lady in the bar was welcoming but didn’t know that our details had been left on the bar for check in . Although the pitch was adequate we won’t be returning
