What customers say
Sparklingly clean and well-kept site with helpful owners. Spacious pitches, often with water/electric. Immaculate facilities, with lighting issues addressed. Great for families, with a play area and nearby animals. Some found portable facilities limited during busy periods, and gray water disposal requires effort. Highly recommended, with many planning return visits.

Liked The small and chilled vibe of the site.
It was absolutely immaculate from the site it’s self to the toilets/showers.
The kids loved the little park, the shop and obviously the animals especially Kieth the donkey.
The owners are really welcoming too.

Overall a great clean little site.

Liked Our second time here this year for a weekend break. Still in fantastic condition. Site owners have actioned previous feedback from others about lighting in toilets. It’s great now. Rain was biblical while we were here, but we still had a great time on a very peaceful, beautifully kept site. We will definitely be back again. P.S. Keith the donkey was in fine voice this weekend. Really makes us laugh !
Disliked The only thing we think needs sorting is the grey waste disposal. Trying to lift up a full wastemaster is not an easy task.

Great site and will be returning
Powered grass campsite
Liked Pretty much everything! Really helpful and friendly hosts, site very clean with a one way in and out system.plots are really good size with picnic benches on each one. We were right next to the animals in the field which was lovely to wake up to on a morning, visits from Keith the donkey while drinking your morning cuppa! Washing up facilities are great and have everything you need. Toilet and shower facilities very clean. We will definately return next year.
Disliked My only small issue and it isn’t one that would stop me returning is that as much as the toilets are clean there could be a few more. A few times we had to wait outside when they are in use as there is only 2 and the water in the sink was cold. if staying for more than a couple of nights you maybe would want more to avoid waiting outside the loos!

Liked Lovely small site. A really nice welcome on arrival from the owner who then showed us to our pitch. Good pitch—level and spacious with a picnic bench and water tap on the pitch. The site was well maintained and toilets/ facilities really clean. Really felt like they'd thought everything through, right down to having sponges and washing up liquid provided at the washing up sinks.
Disliked Nothing to dislike.
