What customers say
This quiet rural campground boasts spacious sites, welcoming hosts, and clean amenities like hot showers. Guests loved the tranquil vibe, prime Norfolk location, and shared BBQ/pizza oven. While WiFi is spotty, it's praised for value and family-friendliness. Minor updates to showers and more trash cans are suggested.

Give it a go We did and we'll be back
Powered cement/asphalt and grass campsite
Liked Location perfect away from civilization well near enough away it's secluded in the middle of fields and noise whereas the village of Swanton Morley is a quick 8 min drive away and Dereham four and a half miles away, But the site is beautiful with all the amenities one could wish for also the site managers are a lovely couple and so helpful nothing is a problem. The little honesty shop has a few essentials important for your stay but local shops are in the places I've stated already. The pitches are a nice size and accesable to park your rig what ever you drive or live in on tour, Priced about right for what you get and self contained with water and waste on your pitch if that's what you'd like. Also WiFi on tap enough to drive Netflix etc so life can go on for your little ones entertainment

From the manager: Thank you for your kind review! :)
We agree, the WIFI is very hit and miss here. We use Starlink and sometimes it is great and works with no issues, but (for no rhyme of reason!) sometimes it is terrible!! We try to make customers aware of this on our website, site listings and social media as we dont want people being let down or relying on it.
We hope you enjoyed your stay despite that issue :) x
We recommend this site 100% staff go out of their way to be helpful

The toilet block is clean and usable.
Peaceful location.
No issues with electric hookup.
Friendly and helpful owners.

Disliked The WiFi is hit and miss and seems I was on the edge of cell service….. perfect for me but I imagine youngsters would struggle lol. Found nothing to dislike. I can see the improvements from last time I stayed and the owners are a continually busy hard working family. Thank you

Liked The site was super clean, staff were great, facilities met all the needs, the washing up area had hot water (a lot of sites only have cold) area for kids to play. we would definitely stay again. WiFi was good too.

A lovely site, very quiet.
Primitive grass campsite
Liked The lady on reception was lovely, very friendly and welcoming and because it was so hot she decided to move us to a spot under a tree, this was very welcome.
Disliked The people that decided to sprawl out across the little road for cars and into the wildlife meadow in the middle of the site, they were also lazy enough to drive through it when they needed the toilet. I guess not everyone is taught to respect others.

From the manager: Thank you for your review and we hope you had a lovely stay.
We were also dissapointed about the driving through the meadow, hopefully the rabbits will forget and be bouncing around there soon enough. Plenty of butterflies on it this morning which is nice :)
