What customers say
A no-frills site with spacious spots & great views. Praised for peace, Ridgeway access, fire pits. Clean portaloos/cold showers as advertised. Easy check-in, friendly staff. Some noise, basic facilities, but overall positive with many returning.

Top job - zero issues, just what we needed for the weekend. Thank you.
Primitive grass and earth campervan, tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Set up wherever you wish. Clean loos, a proper tap you can get a water carrier under (annoying when there's just a sink, which there is too if you need it.) Lovely views, well maintained (very flat) grass.
Disliked Another passing place on the road on the way in would be handy - but aware that's not in your control.

Liked Simple but effective - a big field, with water taps, cold showers, and (relatively clean) portaloos. Can’t really fault it. Wasn’t particularly busy when we stayed, despite it being a bank holiday weekend, which meant it was pretty quiet and tranquil. Nice views.

Primitive grass and earth campervan, tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Great basic site. Stayed a night in our camper, completely quiet all night, only a few other people on site. Facilities do the job and communication via number on signs at site is good.
