What customers say
A popular family spot with spacious sites & a relaxed vibe. Staff are friendly, facilities are clean. Kids love the playground & bouncy castles. A train line is nearby, but most find it fine. Some could use more toilets at busy times & older blocks need upkeep, though new ones are planned. Good value overall.

Liked Such a lovely friendly family run site that we keep returning to. Beautiful setting, staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful especially Freddy who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. It was peaceful during October half term, lovely walks around and plenty for the kids to do.

Primitive grass campsite
Liked First time here but definitely won't be our last. We were greeted by very friendly staff. The facilities were clean and pitches were level. We enjoyed the burger we got for our tea and spent the evening warming ourselves by the log fires drinking very reasonably priced beer. Loved the little goats and aviary. Nice dog walk along the canal Highly recommend this gem of a place.

Liked The whole laid back vibe. A great place to relax. The few animals and birds they have are great. Lovely walks on canal and great local pubs
Disliked Toilets were messy. More about people using them than the site care itself.
