What customers say
This top-rated campsite is nestled in Sherwood Pines Forest. Campers rave about clean, modern restrooms, spacious, level sites, and direct access to hiking and biking trails. Friendly staff, a great playground, and dog-friendly amenities are big pluses. Occasional noise from groups or the playground can occur.

FHU gravel and cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Everything! One of the best campsites we’ve stayed at. We came as a family group of 18 staying in both camper vans and the pods.
We enjoyed it so much we’ve booked again for next year.

A brilliant site that we highly enjoyed and have booked again x
Powered gravel and cement/asphalt campsite
Liked Loved the play area for the kids, the way the pitches were set up so you had plenty of space. The pitches were nice and level, staff were really friendly and helpful. It was a very clean and tidy site.
Disliked The showers were not great, so annoying having to constantly turn them on
The WiFi was poor, it kept kicking us out and after the first night we rarely had Internet at all.

Bothy camping pod (pet friendly)
Liked We came as a group of 18 some with caravans etc. This was perfect for us who wanted to be on the campsite so still part of the group without our own camping equipment. The campsite parked the caravans close to the bothy so we were all as a group so it was perfect. They had the heating on ready for arrival. Everything you needed kitchen wise including, kettle, toaster, coffee and tea. Can not fault
Disliked No matches for the fire, but the heating was warm so we didn't need.
