What customers say
This is a quiet, well-kept site in a beautiful riverside setting, great for walks. Spacious, level pitches with electric hookups. Clean restrooms & showers, with many guests praising the excellent shower facilities. Secure with coded gates. Nearby pubs/restaurants are a plus. A few noted minor restroom cleanliness issues & limited facilities during peak times.

Perfect little weekend away!

Liked Everything! Small, but perfectly catered for family campsite that was in the perfect location. The site was well maintained, loose and showers very clean and such a lovely atmosphere. Everyone was super friendly and the kids had plenty of space to play. Will definitely be back :)

Liked We've just returned from a brilliant weekend. Great communication for check in, clear instructions and pitches well marked out. Toilet and shower block amazing one of the best camping showers I've ever used. Clean, modern and well maintained. I loved the security gate made you feel safe, great site for a chilled stay. We took a stroll along the river, the pubs close by looked great we didn't go in.
Disliked Can't complain about anything!

Good site with basic clean facilities, natural level pitches.

Liked Flat field surrounded by natural hedges which were not overly cut... Electricity points and numbered plots but no formal demarcation. Not crowded. Lovely view. Brilliant location by River Trent and lock, with walks both ways. Good eating places near by.
Disliked Nothing other than i couldn't stay another night because it was booked up.

Liked Nice pitches, with plenty of room for caravan, Awning and Car. Good electric points. Owners come and welcome you to the site. Good toilets and showers, wash up area. A good few local bars, restaurants and takeaway nearby. Lovely walk along the Canal. Definitely recommend to anyone who likes good views, and open fields. Don't just take my word for it. Book yourself onto the site.
