Liked This is the second time we have visited this site n not a bad word to say the staff are amazing friendly the man who owns it is wonderful and is always on hand if needed and stopping to chat and interact with all visitors . We was on pitch 2 which was fantastic as we was near the shower n toilet block and our pitch was mostly shaded during the hot weather. Lots to do and explore

Great place just outside main Skeg with Fishing!
Powered grass campsite (XL)
Liked Hosts were welcoming and friendly.
Site was peaceful and spacious and we asked to be put near the lake which was fantastic.
We also fished on the lake, which was £8 for two rods per day and we caught plenty of Dace and Roach, which was great for my Son.
Disliked To note, there's no shop for food or fishing, however we went to a place in Skegness called Wags world of angling, which we would recommend.

Nice weather…
Powered grass campsite (XL)
Liked Nice weather
Disliked We did not like this place and would not recommend it to anyone. The toilets were dirty, and in the evening there was no hot water because the owner turned it off. You have to pay for fishing every day. I lost my receipt and had to pay again, which was ridiculous, as the owner knew very well that we were paying every day. The owner’s attitude depends on his mood. I do not recommend this place.

From the manager: The guest had a very aggressive large Alsatian dog which broke off its lead and seriously attacked another guests dog. The incident terrified other families and children who witnessed the incident. The dog owner was immediately made to remove the dog from the site, or leave the site. They took exception to this, hence their completely false review, which is completely out of character to all the other reviews we have received.

Lovely quiet laid back site with great facilities and spacious pitches
Powered grass campsite (XL)
Liked Great site with spacious pitches. Facilities always clean and modern. Tim and his wife are always very welcoming and always at hand if ever needed. Fishing lake is a bonus as well. Very picturesque with amazing sunsets over the lake. Well located for visits to Skegness, fantasy island, and many other lovely beaches like Anderby Creek and Hutoff. There are also some lovely walks around the site as well if your taking your 4 legged friends.
