Disliked Rang up the morning we were due to arrive to see if we could possibly change the dates or have a refund as we were having problems with our touring caravan, they said they would ring us back that day to change dates as we were still in the time frame. Nobody called back and we rang repeatedly but no answer. We eventually spoke to someone 2 days later who said that they won’t be giving a refund or rearrange the dates as it had gone past the booking date. I’ve have emailed a formal complaint twice but no reply.. I will be taking this further

Liked We have stayed here 4 or 5 times. Its a great site as its in a great location . Pitch sizes are good toilets facilities are always clean.

Disliked Toilet facilities do need updating as they are very dated. Even though they are kept clean. There's no where to put anything while having a shower. The sink taps are on a sensor and you can ont get warm water. And its not nice brushing your teeth with warm water. . This time the showers had no pressure so was very hard washing with the water just trickling. And the cleaners go in first thing in the morning which is great. But its just the time everyone is waking up and ready to use the toilet. It does state the times they are there to clean but it says for 15 mins. But every day this weekend they was closed off for over an hour. With no other toilets to use. There is locked disabled toilets . And it would just help if they unlocked them whilst they was cleaning the main toilets.

Liked We stayed here over the may bank holiday. Our stay was perfect we had the weather and good company, kids really enjoyed playing football on the field. The entertainment was good, we played bingo one night and they had a live singer the next, toilets were kept clean, showers were ok but due to I’m assuming high water usage didnt come out the head far enough but you could manage.

Disliked The Amusements were ok but could do with being updated not too much for the older kids mine are 10 and 11, ticket machine was down so couldn’t swap tickets up

Disliked The gravel was particularly deep, the motorover struggled on it, however thats probably my fault for being crap at reversing. Toilet shower pressure was low

Liked Campsite it’s self isn’t bad , over priced for what you are getting compared to all the campsites

Disliked We went to reception the day before we was due to leave to ask if we could stay another night, lady in reception told us no our pitches were taken the next morning bearing in mind you don’t get to know what pitch you are on until you get there the morning you arrive, she said we could stay but we would have to move pitch as there is plenty more pitches available just not the ones we are on surely it would just make more sense for us to stay where we are and move the people that were coming that day that don’t even know what pitches they have , when we left that morning there was about 40 spare pitches around us that other people could’ve moved to, morning of clocking out my partner went into hand the key fob back and mentioned what the lady had said and said that he was going to complain she replied oh we could’ve sorted something , bad attitude older lady in reception have a feeling she don’t like other women as soon as man went in things could have been changed
