What customers say

Owners Barry & Anita get rave reviews for friendliness. Clean facilities, spacious pitches, and on-site animals are highlights. Good for beach access, though some found facilities basic & play area/shop ads inaccurate.

Powered grass tent or trailer tent campsite

Liked - second visit, hoping to be back again next year. 2A 2C (10yr + 6yr)
- such a friendly couple who run the campsite.
- involve the kids with horses and chickens where they can, my kids looked forward to this each time.
- clean and tidy.
- lots of space for the kids to play
- away from hustle and bustle, allows for amazing star gazing when skies allow.
- options to visit Mablethorpe, chapel st Leonards, ingomells, skegness. All short drives.

This is quickly becoming an annual trip, one that is highly requested from the kids who have camped all over and prefer this to the busy commercial sites.

Liked Lovely, peaceful, family run site. Great calming atmosphere and safe from the nearby road. My son loved the makeshift play-park and the chicken coop. The owners were so friendly and helpful. Also minutes from a local shop for any supplies needed.

Disliked Nothing, loved all aspects of our stay

Local attractions

Many options are all around the area for all ages and inclinations alongside the Lincolnshire beaches. You could try wildlife spotting at the Lincolnshire Coastal Grazing Marsh of the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust or go and see the seals at Mablethorpe Seal Sanctuary; tee off at the 18-hole golf course near Sandilands, or loop around the theme park Fantasy Island at Ingoldmells… Fast types could watch other fast types at the stockcar circuit of Skegness Stadium or the motor racing rounds of Cadwell Park, while those who prefer an easier amble around have several market towns and markets to investigate at the likes of Louth, Mablethorpe and Alford. Or you could combine handing over money with racing with a trip to Market Rasen Racecourse. And if you're heading to Huttoft for the Axe and Cleaver and to see Farmer Brown's Ice Cream Parlour for yourself, take a bit of time too to visit the Radcliffe Donkey Sanctuary, home of several rescued beasts and with free admission.
