Liked Everything the site was so quiet even near the main road, owners are lovely very friendly and always on site
Disliked Didn’t use the showers as there was only a curtain on closing and the toilet facilities could be a problem in busier periods

Liked Great site for low cost camping. Spacious pitches. Quiet surroundings. Toilets and showers are basic but do their jobs, and they were kept clean too. Could well do with another shower in each bathroom, but not a negative. Friendly atmosphere and well situated to reach surrounding areas.
Asked for a pitch near friends when we booked which was provided for us, which we are grateful for.

Fantastic peaceful little site.

Liked Reluctant to leave a good review because I don't want to come to book again to find it full up. This site is really lovely. If you are looking for a site with lots to do, this isn't for you. It's peaceful and only a few pitches which is exactly what we look for. Plenty of room for the kids to play, toilets and showers always clean. The owners don't try to ram as many tents into the pitches as possible like some sites. The owners were a delight, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. My daughter loved being able to go up to the horses fence and even got to go inside the chicken coop with the owner to say hello to the chickens. There's a small washing up area and drinking water taps too. We will be annual visitors and can't wait until next year.
Disliked Nothing to dislike.

Liked We had a lovely stay at Simon’s Field Farm. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, and the campsite had a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. The pitches were spacious, giving us plenty of room to settle in comfortably. A great place for a quiet camping break, and we would happily stay again.
Disliked The main downside was that the toilet and shower facilities could do with some improvement. Updating and maintaining these facilities would make the overall experience much better.

Liked We had a fantastic stay! The owners are genuinely lovely, welcoming people who made us feel right at home—the kind of hosts you'd be happy to visit again. The property is peaceful, quiet, and set in a great location, making it the perfect place to relax. We especially loved being able to pet the horses and chickens, and buying fresh eggs laid that day was a wonderful touch. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing countryside getaway.
