Very nice site with excellent staff
Bell tent (six person, basic)
Liked We hired one of the bell tents, very spacious and cozy. Staff was very friendly and made sure we were settled in and happy.
For the toilets being portaloos they were in rather good condition
Disliked Not that it can be helped by the staff but last book in time is 20:00, this is not followed as someone rocked up at 22:30 not being mindful of others on site and blinding thought tents with there car lights.
I know this wasn’t down to staff was just the one thing that bothered us.

Wouldn’t stay…
Primitive grass campsite (pet friendly)
Liked Nothing
Disliked We didn’t end up staying, we arrived the pitches weren’t even pitches. The grass was unbelievable! It was so long we’re lucky we actually managed to get the caravan in and around the ‘campsite’
Very overgrown field with no markings of pitches. No bins you have to take rubbish home with you.
Really unimpressed as we paid for and expected more from this campsite. We had to find alternative accommodation and this ended up costing more money.

Lovely staff, great site, loved the onsite farm and the bell tent!
Bell tent (six person, basic)
Liked Great bell tent loved it! And the farm across from the campsite - the ponies were so so cute !
Disliked I don’t like to complain I was very happy and we had the best time but the cleanliness wasn’t to the highest standard that I’ve experienced before. However, we were camping so I know it’s not always the easiest thing to do (keep clean)

Rustic, small.…
Primitive grass campsite (pet friendly)
Liked Rustic, small.
Disliked Grass was very long with some people having to camp on the long grass and trample an area down. This made everything really wet of course. Would be great if the pitches were mowed in short like the photos. Portaloos were pretty grim with no water to wash hands. Lots of weird piles of rubbish everywhere- mechanical etc.

Basic site, perfect for a base. We loved our stay.
Primitive grass campsite (pet friendly)
Liked Basic site with amazing view. Portaloos for use. Owners were nice and welcoming.
Disliked As soon as the winter grass is cut will be much more space to play.

Exactly what I needed -absolute peace and quiet! 🥰
Primitive grass campsite (pet friendly)
Liked Fabulously quiet here I absolutely loved it! So much so that I drove off this morning and decided to turn around and go back here for four nights -even changing my whole route this week just to relax here. Toilets and shower an absolute bonus 🤩The perfect park up alternative and great value for money!

Level pitches, easy access and a MASSIVE choice of spots. VERY quiet.
Primitive grass campsite (pet friendly)
Liked Plenty of space and the price is great, I keep coming back here.
Nice to see the showers back up and running.
Disliked Grass was long in parts, but not a massive issue tbh, nice to see some BIG clover in the fields, good for the wild life!

Excellent basic site to base your visit to the Midlands.
Primitive grass campsite (pet friendly)
Liked Big field, low cost, basic ammenities. Happy to accept well-behaved bikers.
Disliked Early in the season the grass is intentionally long. As always, would prefer more modern facilities, but at this price I cannot complain.
