Would definitely stay again, hopefully in better weather.
Powered cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked The site was very well organized, no need to check in, all the details arrived on text or email. The facilities were very good and spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Useful local info in the lounge. Quite a long walk to the pub, but well worth the effort! Within easy reach of Buxton - also well worth a visit.
Disliked A bit of noise from the road in the day, but not bad overnight.

Liked Great location, lovely small site. Toilet and shower facilities very clean. Showers are great. Dog exercise field very close by on the site. Will definitely book this site again.
Pitches also private due to hedge separating them. And most of all no mud as all hardstanding for caravans.

From the manager: Thankyou for your review. We are glad you liked the communal areas and the clean and warm showers. Our campervan pitches are less formal to our touring pitches however campervans are able to book touring pitches if that is better suited to your needs. Thankyou for the recommendation and we would happily welcome you back if you decide to return to us in the future.
