What customers say
This small, neat campsite boasts top, modern facilities: spotless ablutions, fully kitted kitchen and lounge. Guests love the peaceful vibe, stunning views and handy Peak District access, with a pub nearby. Some note road noise on certain spots and patchy WiFi.

A lovely, clean, well kept site, slightly let down by busy road
Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Very spacious, well kept pitches. Lovely clean shower facilities, lounge and kitchen. Friendly staff. Great location for visiting Buxton, Bakewell etc
Disliked Some road noise. It wasn't too disruptive as it was cool enough for windows to be closed, but I think it would disturb you if you had windows open in better weather, particularly early on Sunday morning when motorcyclists use the nearby road.

Friendly staff, clean showers and toilets.
Electric hardstanding and grass campervan pitch (no awning, small)
Liked Large grass electric pitch. Nice shower block with washing up facilities. Onsite par across the road and a little shop, beach 5 minute walk.
Disliked Showers were the push button ones which wasn’t great, but not a big issue

From the manager: Hi Michelle, Thankyou for your review although I think you have the wrong site in mind. We are in the Peak District and not near a beach (although I do wish we were) and we definitely don't have push button showers! I hope you enjoyed your visit to us nonetheless and we welcome you back anytime :)

Electric hardstanding touring pitch (large, twin axle)
Liked Possibly the best site I've been too. Fantastic location being only 5 mins from Buxton. Beautifully presented and well kept site offering nice private pitches. The toilets and kitchen block was always very clean over our 7 days on site. Nice lounge area offering dining table and sofas was a nice touch and came in handy for our family of 6.
