I need to prevent a balance payment happening on the due date. How can I do this?

1. Visit the 'Bookings' tab in your manager portal

2. Find the booking concerned

3. Click 'Pending' or 'Due soon (reminder email sent)'

4. In the pop-up window that appears, click the red 'Cancel balance payment' button

5. Don’t forget to notify Pitchup.com using the flagging system to report a problem with a booking.
