From the manager: Hi Alastair, Thanks for leaving your review - we do appreciate this. Regards gate codes, you booked on a Sunday and our codes were text to you (a few days ahead of your visit) the next day at 19.44pm. These were also text again to you (upon request). Hope this helps. Thanks again, Regards, Kerry, Willows Caravan & Camping

Disliked App for electrics (omg) - download app, no success with connection(10 minutes), walk to reception with access given from there. 'Back of Beyond' should involve an app - imho The great 'app' con - always benefits the business, never the customer!

From the manager: Hi Alastair, Sorry to hear you had some problems with the MetPow app. We do recommend that this is downloaded before you arrive and this normally results in a smooth connection. I'm glad to hear that our staff in Reception were able to help get you connected though and we hope that this did not cause too much disruption to your stay. We do hope you take the time to visit us again.

From the manager: I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your 1 night stopover. As you were a last minute booking your vehicle registration hadn't been added to the ANPR system yet, which was explained to you on arrival. Once it had been added you were able to enter and exit seamlessly. As you will see from our reviews we are a very friendly team, but unfortunately as you never came out of your motorhome our wardens were unable to greet you on their walk rounds. The dog exercising area is a good size and enjoyed by all that use it. We are also praised for our well maintained pitches, which is achieved by resting different areas on a rotational basis. This was particularly important during the torrential rain we experienced on the night you visited.
