On-site accommodation

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 10 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Extras

• A charge of €0.50 ($0.98) applies for the use of the shower.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes to your holiday

• Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

Dogs

• Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Safety

• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the campground/park are unlit.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €160.00 ($315.16) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

General

• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..

Reception

• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 01/03 and 30/11.

Pitches

• Sites: a €100.00 ($196.98) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.

Dogs

• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

General

• The campground/park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Vehicles

• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Pitches

• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €60.00 ($118.19) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
