What customers say
A friendly, tidy campsite with great flat sites. Owners Abbie & Paul are super welcoming and helpful with local tips. Facilities are clean and have hot water. Good spot for exploring, though a few mentioned slight shower pressure issues and ants, which the hosts sorted out.

A must stay!
Power optional grass campervan, tent or trailer tent site
Liked We had a wonderful stay at this campsite and will definitely be coming back!
The campsite was easy to find, with generous-sized pitches and everything we needed for a lovely camping trip. There’s also a beautiful little walk down to the stream, which the children absolutely loved.
Paul was incredibly helpful and lovely throughout our stay. He gave us loads of useful information about the best beaches to visit and where to park, which made exploring the area so much easier. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Paul and Matt, who even provided us with fire pits. The kids were absolutely made up when we were given some flame-changing packs too, such a lovely touch!
The facilities are perfect for what you need when camping. Let’s face it, you’re camping, not staying at the Corinthia! 😂 And although we brought our own, I really loved that there was access to a fridge if needed, such a useful little extra.
A fantastic campsite, lovely people, and a brilliant location. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️

We had a really lovely stay…
Power optional grass campervan, tent or trailer tent site
Liked We had a really lovely stay at Mill Paddock Campsite. It’s situated in a nice, peaceful area and was lovely and quiet, which is exactly what you want when camping.
The pitches are a decent size with plenty of space, and Paul was extremely welcoming when we arrived and made us feel at home straight away. Another big positive was that there always seemed to be staff on site and available if you needed anything, which was reassuring.
Overall, a lovely, relaxed campsite with a friendly atmosphere and somewhere we would happily visit again. 🏕️❤️
Disliked The main downside for us was the shower and toilet blocks. Unfortunately, we didn’t feel the way they are currently set up works particularly well, and this is probably the one area of the campsite that could really benefit from some improvement\.
The water pressure was also quite poor, particularly when trying to shower, which made things a little difficult.
With some improvements to the layout/setup of the toilet and shower facilities, along with better water pressure, this campsite would be even better. These issues certainly wouldn’t stop us returning, but improving them would make a huge difference to the overall experience.
