What customers say
This well-kept, friendly park has spacious, level sites and great amenities. Owners Paul and Abi are lauded for their helpfulness and local insights. Its location is perfect for exploring the Dorset coast. While generally quiet, weekends can be busy. Some guests noted shower spray and water pressure issues, though management has responded. Ants were occasionally seen.

Liked Lovely little campsite with lovely hosts. The toilets and showers are clean (showers are like if you have your hose on the ‘mist’ setting).

Power optional grass campervan, tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Paul and Abbie could not have been more kind and helpful. Genuinely lovely people. Lent us an extension cable because our own electric cable didn’t reach, offered to take our ice packs back to the farm to freeze over night, offered plenty of help and were lovely to chat to.
The campsite was great. It was tidy quiet and calm with plenty of space for the children to play. The facilities were very clean at all times. There is also a really useful community fridge to use if you need it.
The location was great for seeing lovely hotspots in Dorset and the river running near by the camp was a welcome cool down on the hot summer days!
Disliked The plots were slightly small, we have an 8 man tent and there wasn’t really any room between us and the neighbours, I will add that the centre of the field is left free though so you are not completely enclosed like at some sites with small pitches.
The showers are not great. Either scolding hot or freezing cold. Pressure was low and the water sprayed all over the place instead of just at your head. Shower heads are not adjustable so if you are short like I am the water is far to high and mostly hit the wall opposite.

Great location
Power optional grass campervan, tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Paul and amber have amazing customer service and willing to help out. There was noise on site but they dealt with that really quickly and made sure everyone was having a good time.
Paul gave fab advice on roads especially as bestival was on and what to avoid.
Ground was really flat, ants loved us on the 1st night but by
2nd day had gone so not a issue for us.
Disliked Showers were a little temperamental but very clean.

Below average
Power optional grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Not much.
Disliked Very small site. Everyone is quite close together.
The facilities were poor. A few toilets and a couple of sinks for washing up. Not enough electric points for everyone.
Showers were some weird push button mist contraption. I felt no cleaner leaving than when I’d arrived.
I couldn’t find anyone in the morning as would have quite liked to talk about my stay to someone.
It’s not the worst campsite I’ve stayed at but I certainly won’t be returning.
