What customers say
Great woodland/riverside spot for walks & wildlife. Friendly staff, spacious pitches & clean loos (showers with baths too!). Pub & bakery popular. Some found facilities a bit dated, cleaning inconsistent, and it got noisy/crowded when busy. A few felt amenities were lacking.

Good site, shame about pitches
Powered grass and gravel caravan site
Liked Nice campsite, woman at reception friendly when arriving, good location
Disliked We were put on a seasonal touring pitch rather than the dedicated touring field which was strange. This meant we were far from the toilets etc. Not a major hassle but found it very strange, we assumed this was maybe due to the site being busy but after checking the touring pitches there were plenty of spaces.
Like I said no major drama but would have been inconvenient for lets say older couple.
Also the caravan i was beside (seasonal) was in very poor condition really bringing my spot down visually.
All in all I would attend again but beware of the pitches if you book
