From the manager: Hi Christopher, It's a real shame that you felt your stay only warranted 3 ⭐ with no specific comments especially after scoring us between 6 and 9 for individual aspects. After phoning you directly to see if there was anything in particular we could have done better or if you had encountered issues that we were not aware of, I feel it necessary to apologise. I am sorry you feel the caravan park was smaller than you imagined it would be after seeing photos online. I am also sorry that in my continued efforts to maintain the site and keep it neat and tidy that you felt I cut the grass too close to the hard standing pitch you were using. I am however extremely happy to hear that there were no incidents or major problems that you experienced during your stay. I do hope you find another camp site that meets your expectations.
