After phoning you directly to see if there was anything in particular we could have done better or if you had encountered issues that we were not aware of, I feel it necessary to apologise. I am sorry you feel the caravan park was smaller than you imagined it would be after seeing photos online. I am also sorry that in my continued efforts to maintain the site and keep it neat and tidy that you felt I cut the grass too close to the hard standing pitch you were using. I am however extremely happy to hear that there were no incidents or major problems that you experienced during your stay. I do hope you find another camp site that meets your expectations.
