What customers say
Rosetta Holiday Park has roomy, tidy pitches in lovely grounds, just a stroll from Peebles. Staff are often praised as friendly, helpful, and the atmosphere peaceful and clean, especially the showers. While some find the facilities a bit dated and basic, they're generally seen as clean and functional. A few feel it's pricey and could use more investment. Great location and peace, especially for dog owners.

Liked Lovely large site with mature trees and shrubs.
Great area for walking dogs.
Able to walk into Peebles easily with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants.
Very quiet and peaceful site.
Disliked Toilet blocks require upgrading although at the moment still serve their purpose.
Pitches seem quite narrow and close together, some work and this could be easily rectified.
A bit of investment to the site would only improve this beautiful location and become a go to place to stay.

Not value for money

Liked Beautiful setting.
Disliked Very poor value at £40 per night for campervan. No facilities other than toilet and shower. Had previously stayed here when it had a hayloft bar and was surprised how much the site has changed. Despite signs saying toilet blocks were cleaned each lunchtime, a cluster of dead flies around the sink remained for two days until I cleaned them myself.

Liked A lovely well kept spacious site, great level pitches, friendly welcome on arrival. Very clean toilets and showers, loads of hot water. Really enjoyed our stay, needed the rest and relaxation after a long drive from the Western Isles.
Disliked Nothing really to dislike for us

Electric grass touring pitch
Liked Beautiful site - open green areas, lovely trees and shrubs.
Quiet and peaceful.
Easy walk into Peebles - shops, cafes and bars in town.
Easy to find.
Staff - very helpful and friendly.
Level pitches - some with hard standing next to them - great for setting up chairs/tables etc.
Disliked Maybe too quiet - only a handful of motorhomes at any one time - could tell the site was being 'run down'.
Shower blocks could have been a little cleaner.
