A consistently well-thought-of site, loved for its spotlessness and ace staff. Guests rave about roomy pitches, top-notch facilities (dog wash and all!), and a cracking spot near Dawlish Warren, shops, pubs, and the train. The food van's a winner! Small bits: 20p showers (fair enough), iffy Wi-Fi sometimes, and a few sloped pitches. Managers are always improving.

Liked Great clean site, friendly helpful staff. Requests made were full field even at a short notice booking.
Amanda's food truck was a great addition, especially as arrived late in evening so we're able to have something hot and ready.
Whippy ice-cream on the next day as was a beautiful day and had walked from Dawlish.
Facilities were basic and probably not enough for some kids/ age groups. But with our kids we used to play ball games, puzzles, etc
Short walk to pub, dawlish Warren. Over a mile to dawlish.
Bus stop right outside site.
Seemed dog friendly everywhere.
Can't comment on WiFi as kept forgetting to ask for code.
Will return again.

Liked Great location, staff amazing very Welcoming, the onsite food stall very good. Toilet blocks very clean lucky site was not full as I can imagine very busy.

This site is ideally placed for visiting other Devon places.

Liked This is the best site so far. I cant praise the site enough. The facilities are so clean and tidy. I cant fault them. Its home from home in the laundry, toilets and showers. The pitches are spacious and and site clean. Sitiation of site is excellent for walking to the Warren and even into Dawlish. The bus stop is right outside. Beautiful walk along the promenade to Dawlish too. Great for young families too. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Train ride along the coast is beautiful. Food onsite and plenty of cafes nearby. Pub food in the towns too, plenty of choice.
