The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dog Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).- A charge of GBP0.20 ($0.38) applies for the use of the shower.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- The campground/park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.
- Reception is unmanned after 5 p.m.. Please inform the campground while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
- American-style RVs are not permitted.

Great spot near Dawlish Warren & town. Facilities are spick and span, staff are legends! Spacious sites, nice and quiet. Food vans & shop are a bonus. A couple of folks found the shower fee a bit steep and heard noise from next door.

Liked A lovely quiet and perfectly tended site, with welcoming happy staff who keep the site and its facilities spotlessly clean. An easy walk to Dawlish Warren or to Dawlish and the beaches, or else you can catch a bus from the bus stop right outside the site. Plenty of great pubs and food outlets within 20 minutes walk.

Liked Absolutely amazing place deffo coming back. They had the best toilets, showers and cleaning areas i have ever seen and I have been to loads of camp sites

Liked 10 stars for this beautiful location pitch was a little uneven but a beautiful setting…. Showers and ablutions were immaculate every thing you needed on site was there they even had a small shop at the entrance which I thought was a nice touch .
A short walk to a restaurant I would book it in advance also abundance of bars so a drinkers paradise lovely fish and chips from the chippy which we took back to our Motorhome and still warm.
My advice would be to walk down hill and catch the Sainsbury’s bus back up the hill as the hill up to the site is steep but please don’t be put off as it is very doable lovely stay staff amazing and chatty definitely be booking again this year thank you…… we never used the WiFi as we had a WiFi travelling box

Liked Just beautiful, facilities amazing so clean and fresh, friendly staff, pitches very generous and we were the only ones in our field so win win! Easy walk to beach and pubs and a hotel with a view 3 minute walk away! We only live 30 minutes away so will definitely go back for some peaceful tranquility
