What customers say
Spacious pitches, spotless facilities, and a peaceful vibe. Owners are lovely and helpful, close to Bude & beaches. Great for families and pets. A few minor quibbles, but most want to come back!

For one night okay but nothing extra
Electric optional grass pitch
Liked We only stayed for 1 night,
Got nice message before our arrival that we are welcome on pitch number and receptionist wont be there on our arrival. Which we were okay with first.
Lots of water hoses outside of our pitch, didnt have to walk far for toilets/wash up area... They had loundry room. Clean toilets and showers. Borrow toys box was nice.
Disliked We found the holiday park very noisy from the busy road. Play park had only 4 swings (2 baby ones and 2 grown up ones) which our kids occupied for about 5minutes. Would be nice if there is something added so they can play for a bit longer.
We had message from receptionist she said if we have questions we can get in touch however would be nice if we get informations when reception will be opened or where we can find things like fridge in laundry room... we were missing instructions/map where is what in holiday park....
Water in shower was too hot - there is no cold mixer tap to make it cooler especially for kids. Showers very basic.

We wouldn't stay here again because of the above issues.
Electric optional grass pitch
Liked Site was clean and tidy, people were lovely.
Disliked Lack of facilities, had to drive out daily for most things. Lack of dog walking areas unless you're able to walk up a massive hill before getting to a field! We went here because we have a very anxious labrador and it claims to be a 'dogs on leads at all times' site, whilst there were signs stating this sadly, it was a constant, repeated issue with many disrespectful dog owners not bothering to tether their pets.

Electric optional grass pitch
Liked Well laid out site. Great grounds. Good facilities. Everything though about. Great for young children. Access to fridge/freezer. Lots of water taps.
Disliked When we arrived Toilets & showers were immaculate but then were not cleaned as often as would hope, although they were well maintained. Showers were too hot. All families we spoke to agreed.

From the manager: Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that you found the toilet and shower facilities immaculate on arrival and you enjoyed your stay with us at Willow Valley.
We do, however, feel it is important to clarify that our facilities are cleaned and checked regularly throughout the day. During busy periods, particularly when used by a large number of guests, it is inevitable that facilities may not remain in the same condition as immediately after cleaning.
Regarding the shower temperature, we did not receive any reports during your stay and have not identified any issues with the settings. While we appreciate that temperature preference is subjective, the showers are set within recommended operating ranges.
We value all guest feedback and continually monitor both cleanliness standards and facility maintenance to ensure a high standard is maintained throughout the season.
Best wishes

Would defo visit again
Electric optional grass pitch
Liked Great size pitches and especially liked the ice cream van coming round once a day, paticularly during the heat wave.
Disliked The only downside was the noise of the traffic from the main road
