What customers say
A lovely, quiet spot with great Whitby Abbey views. Easy check-in, spotless facilities, and brilliant access to Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay via local bus. Perfect for walkers/cyclists. No loos on site, but most visitors are happy and the road noise is usually minor.

Well located and lovely maintained site
Electric gravel touring pitch
Liked The welcome, the well maintained site and clean facilities. Had a lovely meal in the Stables
Disliked Our pitch G50, it was right next to the service point so were awakened by early leavers and had a bit of a smell from the Elsan. Shower was also lukewarm warm.

Nice and quiet. Very clean pitches.
Non-electric gravel touring pitch
Liked Lovely little spot with nice clean pitches. A little bit further out from Whitby than usual for us but taxi was reasonably priced and walk into Whitby is nice (prob 1hr).

Electric gravel touring pitch
Liked Nice simple site. Very clean, nicely kept pitches. Elsan point and water. Electric hook up. Very quiet site, all couples staying, with no noise. Good views. Short drive from a retail park with Sainsburys, B&M, Aldi, another few minutes more into Whitby centre. If you want a quiet night or 2 away this is perfect, would definitely come back.

Lovely campsite
Non-electric gravel touring pitch
Liked Lovely well maintained, modest in size campsite. Beautiful views. Good communication from owners, who messaged to let us know our pitch number. Lovely walk in Whitby, taking us under an hour. Bus stop is right outside the campsite too. We will definitely return.
Disliked Although we already knew there was no washing up station, I feel this would be a huge benefit. It hasn’t put us off our stay.
