What customers say
A tidy, peaceful adults-only spot, with sound staff & a grand setting. Clean facilities, including a pool & popular restaurant, are usually lauded. Pitches generally a good size, though some found them close-set. Minor grumbles about old showers, key access, train noise, & pool fees.

Nice site, but too many dogs and facilities need updating.
10-amp fully-serviced gravel and hardstanding touring pitch
Liked We like this site as it’s kept nicely, has a pool and steam room, and the Croft restaurant on site is great.
Disliked The number of dogs allowed on the site at any one time. We have just been out of season and there were far too many dogs, constantly barking.
The facilities, although clean, are quite dated and could do with refurbishing. The showers are push button, which is not a problem, however they only come on for 5 seconds which is barely time to get your face wet.

Would only come back to visit the Croft, would not stay on site
10-amp fully-serviced gravel and hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Friendly staff. Close to the Shropshire way. The Croft was lovely, good food and excellent staff
Disliked Toilet block needs updated and push buttons on showers only last a few seconds. Supposed to be a luxury site and adults only. Was probably luxury a few years ago but definitely not now. Grounds untidy, leaves not cleared and turned to mush outside reception. Also children are allowed to stay with owners of the lodges during school holidays which does not make this child free. Did not expect a toddler on his bike coming past our motor home shouting at 8am. Also no WIFI for the touring site
