Liked Absolutely beautiful farm . Stunning surroundings. Lovely dog walks . Even allowed us to take 3 . Friendly staff . Good clean showers and toilets . Saw staff several times a day in there cleaning. Two under shelter washing up sinks hot water . And lovely fishing lake . Just a short ride to Skegness
Disliked The only little nit picker was our pitch was a distance from toilet blocks . I got lost the first night trying to find my way back in the dark . As the cut through was through a hedge a couldn’t find as I was only using the torch on my phone . Also the wind turbines were a bit noisy when trying to sleep . It wouldn’t put me off going again tho

Even managed to buy gas there too . On the far camping field was a dog agility weekend was great to watch . With added stalls for coffee donuts crepes etc . All in all a fabulous weekend and will definitely be returning

Liked EVERYTHING. Lovely welcome when arrived onsite. Very well kept grounds . Loved the stream running through the site . On-site residents very friendly . On site shop that stocked a few essentials. Nice little pub . Lovely little dog walk along stream just through the top gate of park . Another walk along canal just over the road . Shower block kept very clean with nice hot water . Asda super store just a 10 minute drive away . And fuel station just a 10 minute walk with groceries inside . Lived watching the little ducks walking round the park . Only a few pitches so really nice atmosphere. All in all a great stay

Liked Plenty for kids to do ( although mine have all flown the nest now )
Disliked WERE TO START . When we arrived we were allocated a pitch that was like a mud bath . Although the weather was dry and warm . After a little persuasion we managed to get our pitch changed . The pitches were over crowded . Caravans and motor homes with large tents on the same pitch gave very little space between . People were rude enough to keep using the side of our caravan as a cut through they were so close to window they could see what we were eating . Family groups adults and kids playing ball round caravans our car got hit several times . Kids playing tig running round caravans at 10.30 pm . Showers were filthy . I love to see families and kids ( I have 15 grandchildren) having fun on holiday but this was a site we couldn’t sit outside and enjoy it was wild

Liked Well kept site . Friendly staff . Loved the bowling lawn and husband liked the snooker table in day room . Good place for visiting surrounding areas
Disliked Only one toilet and shower . Wouldn’t really say it was dog friendly as not allowed to exercise dogs on site and no dog waste bins . The walk by the river was ok for large dogs but our small ones struggled with all the overgrown nettles and fields. Was also difficult to get down to the water as was all overgrown and not a good slope . So if you have small dogs no we’re really nice to walk them . Day room is dated and felt cold and damp even on a warm day . But husband was happy to stay in there to play snooker

Liked Absolutely everything. Small quiet peaceful site in in fantastic surroundings . We had a very friendly greeting on arrival . The facilities very clean and modern . 16 amp electric not once tripped which was a bonus for us 🤣 . Step out of the site straight into fantastic walks in woodlands along the river . Our kids are grown up now but just a two minutes walk to lovely park . Skate park etc and 10 minutes stroll to co.op . Cannot recommend this site enough

Liked Exceptional clean site and facilities . 10 minutes walk to Poundland herons and Tesco express. A further 10 minutes walk to fantasy island and beach . Was greeted on arrival by a very nice young man that showed us the facilities on site . The only thing I could recommend would be a play area for kids ( mine have all grown up and flown the nest ) so no problem for us . But there was a couple of kids on site that seemed bored

From the manager: Sorry about the river bank but have no control over it, the Environment agency cut 3 grass only 3 times a year. They are cutting it this week. There is a petrol station in Swinefleet 1 mile away that stocks all essentials
