Liked: Great location, access to the lake and some restaurants on the water front. About 30 mins drive into central Annecy. Shower and toilets.
Disliked: Wasn’t any soap the wash hands after using the loo.

Disliked: Chaotic booking in system and no clear booking out process, meaning that a passport was lost. Whilst the campsite did eventually post the passport back, it was only after having lost it and ignoring phone calls over the course of two days. Lights broken in toilet block.

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay here - the on-site shop serving hot coffee and pastries on a morning and the pizzeria were a huge bonus and the staff lovely. It's on the bus route to Annecy (€2pp each way) and close enough to the lake for paddle etc.

Being high season, it was difficult for us to respond within 24 hours, but we called you within 48/72 hours to keep you informed. The passport serves as a guarantee for your stay. We cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience. Reservations are made through various internal and external channels, and sometimes it is not always easy to coordinate everything, which can take some time upon your arrival.
Furthermore, the restrooms you mentioned have been repaired, and it is a shame that you did not come to our reception to let us know and take the necessary action as soon as possible.
