We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. During your stay, an exceptional storm caused temporary disruptions, including a power outage beyond our control. A safety protocol was activated and power could not be restored immediately.
Regarding breakfast, the restaurant opposite the campsite is an independent establishment offering a standard breakfast as well as an option with eggs. There may have been a misunderstanding regarding your request.
Finally, we do not offer a bread ordering service in June. However, a bakery is located approximately 500 meters from the campsite, in the center of Talloires.

The shop on the campsite was closed and does not open until next month - if the campsite is open for customers, surely the shop should be?

Liked: Lovely lady at the front desk, cheery and helpful.
Disliked: Uneven pitches, unclear campsite boundary, quite a walk to the lake edge, no beach that we could find, shop wasn’t open whilst we were there. No bakeries nearby. We left a day early out of 2.

Our campsite is crossed by a public road and a right-of-way leading to the lake with a municipal beach.
Our grocery store opens in July. You will find a grocery store and bakery in Talloires or Menthon-Saint-Bernard, between 500m and 2.5km away.
The Lanfonnet bar-restaurant offers breakfast.
Our pitches are separated by thuja hedges.
We are surprised that you did not receive this information, which we generally provide upon arrival to make your stay easier.

Liked: 10/10 for location and staff friendliness (although our poor French made it difficult to communicate)
Disliked: No hot water in the showers
Toilet and washing block at the bottom of the campsite (nearest the lake) was very basic, the main facilities were much better

Liked: Facilities and staff are great and cafe directly across road
Disliked: Restaurant next door has music on till late couple of evening. This year a big fight broke out and Police were called aswell.
