Liked: We really enjoyed our stay here - the on-site shop serving hot coffee and pastries on a morning and the pizzeria were a huge bonus and the staff lovely. It's on the bus route to Annecy (€2pp each way) and close enough to the lake for paddle etc.

Liked: Obviously we loved the lake the site is brilliant for camper vans we had a nice shaded spot staff were really helpful.
Disliked: Showers were ok but took a very long time to get hot & didn't stay on for very long as you had to keep pulling the chain to keep it going.

Liked: Location, only a few yards from the lakeside. Boat trips available nearby to go to Annecy, and close to bus stop.
Friendly staff.Disliked: Shower block was horrible, cold, dark, cobwebby and a pull chain for the shower which gave about 30 seconds of water.
They really need to improve this facility.
The shop was very basic, the whole place is a bit run down and ramshackle.

We would like to reiterate that the sanitary blocks are maintained daily by our team. Our blocks are partially open, and sometimes nature takes over. In the summer, we have to deal with a multitude of insects, but generally speaking, we manage these issues.
We have one or two old-fashioned showers with a chain in this first block, which certainly needs to be modernized.
Our team is vigilant in maintaining the entire site, and in some areas, the organization could be improved.
Please do not confuse the need for modernity and organization with the terms "cleanliness and ramshackle".
Our second block would certainly have been more suitable for you.

Liked: Great campsite, right by the side of the lake and also with a really good restaurant. It was my husband’s birthday during our stay and we were treated to a live band playing at the restaurant which was fantastic. Also impressed by that live music finishing on the dot of 10.30pm so no sleep disturbance.

Our restroom facilities need to be modernized in some areas. The second block might have been more suitable for you. Our blocks are maintained daily and checks are carried out. We are therefore surprised by your feedback. Please do not confuse cleanliness with modernity.
In addition, you have many activities with external partners nearby for cycling, hiking, canoeing, first flights, and boating on the lake.
Our campsite aims to be simple and natural, above all, with a view to preserving the true camping spirit.
The price includes local charges and taxes.

Liked: Brilliant location right near the lake, good shop and offer fresh bread on the morning - shop staff was very polite. A lot of toilets and showers, considering they were dated they’re clean and well maintained.
Disliked: Had to wait until 9am till we could leave and we had to get on the road for our trip - mistake on our part but nevertheless quite annoying when you need your passport back.

Our front desk is open from 9 am to 9 pm. The staff and the management work all the day in shifts and we try our best.
The customer usually make the payment for his stay the evening before to leave on the next morning.

Liked: Fabulous in every way! Location is brilliant. You’re close to the no. 20 bus stop which will take you around the lake and to Annecy. A two minute walk to the dock to pick up the boat which also takes you around the lake and to Annecy. Very friendly campsite, quiet, great pitches with water and electric. Very clean showers, toilets and washing facilities. A little shop and various good restaurants within easy walking distance. Selection of beaches very close. A great find. We will be back.

We would like to remind you that the campsite has a specific amperage rating for each connection, which is supported for a specific number of pitches. When these ratings are not respected, this results in untimely power outages.
In wet weather, overconsumption for various equipment tends to occur.

Liked: Position of campsite close to Lake, nice bar for snacks and drinks, lovely in the evening
Disliked: Toilet facilities were not acceptable and need to be updated and cleaned to a much higher standard, I wouldn’t return for this reason
