Close to the lake and met some nice people. Good sized pitch

The campsite was as it was described in the reviews. The shower block was tired and not very clean. There was no hot water at all ! Anywhere the electricity was very poor 3 amp and cut out a lot.

Pitch we had was ok as we didn’t need electricity so we weren’t herded together like a festival site.

Toilet block was not adequate for amount of people herded into campsite. Was also old and dirty. Motorhomes were virtually touching in the electric pitch area. No demarcation or pitch numbers, the staff just keep piling campers in until someone complains or refuses the site. Saw two people turn up, look around and leave. I would’ve done the same but had paid upfront. Big mistake. Would not recommend. Avoid.

Near lake annecy bus service was excellent showers and facilities also staff excellent

The way it was to pay only had six people for four days then the next four days only two people was changed for six not happy about that

Nr Annecy lake which is fabulous 👌
Great location for cycling, walking and Paddleboarding.
Go out early in the morning for a swim or SUP as less busy and lake much calmer.
Worth going to Annecy village as it is beautiful but very busy

Depending where you are pitched, there is a walk (with paddleboards) to the actual lake.
Can get very busy as can the lake with pleasure cruises, waterski boats so becomes very choopy if trying to swim or paddleboard

Bike hire nearby.
Helpful staff.

Pitches do not have much privacy.
Water in showers was not always warm.
Can be cramped at busy times.
On-site shop is expensive.
Wifi only works at reception.

Annecy is so scenic and beautiful. Great location if site but poor facilities. Would not even give it 1 star.

Paid for an electric pitch which tripped all the time/all through the night with just our fridge on. Needed electric through the night for a medical sleeping device. Too many cables into one electric unit. Spotted 10+ cables at one point. Dangerous.

Tents/caravans/camper vans and tents were all rammed in together with no space for communal areas. No boundaries for people walking past your motor home.
Toilet block majorly out dated and disgusting. Human faeces on the back of toilet door for our whole 4 night stay. Breeding ground for D&V.
No security throughout the site.
Cars speeding on site.
Wi-Fi shocking.
Expensive 1 star. Will be back to Annecy but never this site.

Warm welcome. Shown to choice of pitches. Explained where toilets, washing machines, path to lake etc etc. Couldn’t ask for more. 1st class. Look forward to returning.

Very friendly, helpful staff, great location. Although lake not visible from pitches it is only a couple of minutes walk to deep Lakeside swimming area. Plenty of shade and grassy pitches. Lakeside road passes front entrance but not audible from pitches. Cycle path around lake also passes entrance. Attached restaurant good value. Facilities basic, getting a little tired but very clean and well maintained. A good little camp shop
