Liked: What was not to like? Beautiful surroundings, Large, warm and immaculate facilities, everything you need on your pitch, perfectly placed extra water, grey waste dump, and even the black waste dump was very clean. Also had a lovely big pond ( gutted could not swim in it). The electric was on a meter, we put six pounds in for two nights and there was still about two pounds left when we went home, we used our heater and TV. Well worth the money.
Disliked: Going home.

Liked: Posh shower with underfloor heating. We often lament the lack of new sites to keep pace with new van sales, so good to see a new site, and so well setup.

Liked: Fabulous new adult only caravan site. Good level, well spaced pitches each with EHU (metered pay as you go £1/£2 coins) water and grey waste. Dusk til dawn lighting on each pitch, handy for topping up the electric meter late at night. Brand new toilet and shower block opened Easter 2024. WOW SUPERB...... 2 modern, well fitted out huge showers each with private wc and hand wash basin. There's a separate wc with hand wash provided and hand dryer. Heated block and lots of hot water. Loads of hooks for clothes and towels, a handy shelf for your shower gel etc along with squeegee and mop to clean down afterwards. Good accessable elsan emptying point and refuse bin too. The site and facilities have been well thought out and Jimmy the owner was welcoming and on hand if we needed anything. Arriving on site, we tried to turn into Street Farm, thinking this was access to the site but this is the rear of the site with no access, we were blocking the main road by this stage, we think it was the site owners sister, came to our rescue and kindly let us turn round in the farm yard. Take the turning towards HMP Full Sutton and the site is sign posted a few hundred yards on right. There's nothing to dislike about this site.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Lovely spacious plots, fully serviced pitch very reasonable. Just paid for the electricity used (need pound coins). Owner was very good on communication and friendly. Nice elsan emptying facility. Shower block not yet open but sounds like it will be lovely.
Disliked: Couldn't see any recycling bins. Walk to the nearest village was along a fairly busy road.

Liked: Great site, fully serviced pitches (water and drainage) with optional electricity - off grid if you want to or coin operated meter (take some coins). Drive over motorhome drain, security barrier and best of all - adults only! Ideally located on the York to Bridlington road near Stamford Bridge. Friendly owner provided information and directions in advance of our last minute booking and explained plans for further development on arrival. Pitches are spacious and some slightly sloping to rear which aids levelling motorhome and minimises ramping.

Liked: Excellent stay and great set up. All hard standing pitches, with electric, water and grey drainage on pitch which was excellent. Wide, long pitch which accommodated our motorhome and 4x4. Short drive into Stamford Bridge. Lovely site with large man made lake to walk the dog around and very quiet. Owner excellent and met us when we arrived to give us some information. Will definitely be staying again. Highly recommended. If only all sites were this good a set up!
Disliked: Only very small downside was the pay by coin electric meter, we ran out of electric overnight and didn’t have any more £1 or £2 with us, should have brought some more to feed the meter. Liked the lower pitch fees with the pay meter, but would have paid an extra £10-15 a night for the pay meter to be overridden. Would also be handy if there were some WiFi boosters around site, as WiFi only available by the shower block which is under construction.

Liked: We had a lovely quiet night at this new site. All the hard standing pitches looked to have full services.
Disliked: Not close enough for us to walk into the nearest village in the winter so less suitable for MH who would like to walk into village.
