Nice big site plenty to do but best if you are going for a few night

Liked Location so close to the beach was fantastic and there appeared a lot for everyone to do
Disliked The communication for booking activities was limited therefore in the short time we were there it wasn’t possible. The pool is tiny for the size of the park only allowing around 6in at a time. We were pitched near the Astro turf and the mixed ages of lads playing were often hitting the ball over the high fences hitting caravans and our awning. The toilets were left quite dirty by guests the cleaners did their best but from one evening to the following morning they were pretty disgusting.

Not for us. In all honesty we’re probably not the target customer.

Liked Location was good, close to beach. Beach was lovely, good on site shop, good play parks for kids and lovely fish and chips
Disliked Toilets not in great condition and not very clean.
Kids running tearing around on derestricted e-bikes, kids screaming and noisy at 1am.
The app is terrible and difficult to book anything or order food. Doesn’t really lend itself to caravan or campervan. It’s a static holiday park site really.
We decided to leave a night early as the gypsies pitched up next to us and the language was terrible and not acceptable for a child to hear in my opinion, despite them having kids!! It was only GPI g to get worse as the afternoon went on and they waded through all their alcohol, right next to our van.
The swimming pool was fine but 2 changing rooms and 2 showers for 37 people isn’t ideal.

Liked Lovely beach , areas where statics are was very clean and maintained.
Entertainment was good.
Disliked Area where tourers go was a mess pitches were unkept, rubbish all over the place.
The toilets both male and female was disgusting, vomit and shit everywhere, no toilet roll and if there was it was covered in poo. I would not take my dog into a place like that .

From the manager: Hi Lorraine,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the beach, found the static caravan areas to be clean and well maintained, and that you enjoyed the entertainment during your stay.
However, we're extremely sorry to read about your experience in the touring area and the condition of the toilet facilities. The standards you have described are completely unacceptable and do not reflect the level of cleanliness we aim to provide.
Your comments regarding the touring pitches, litter, and the suggestion of additional monitoring have been shared with our management team for review as we continue to look at ways to improve the experience for all guests.
Thank you again for bringing these issues to our attention. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us identify where improvements are needed. ^SR
Apart from the charges we had a great time

Liked Lovey little site, toilets were not to clean
Disliked We were travelling with another family, I called to see if we could be sited next door to each other, was told as you were busy there would be a £10 booking fee which I paid. When my friends checked in they were also charged £10. There were several empty pitches and really no need to charge us £20!

From the manager: Hi Julie, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're delighted to hear you had a great time and that you enjoyed your stay with us.
We're sorry to hear that the cleanliness of the toilets didn't meet your expectations on this occasion. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping team so we can continue to improve.
Regarding your request to be pitched next to your friends, we understand your frustration. The £10 charge is an amendment fee for changing an existing booking to accommodate specific pitch requests, rather than a charge for the pitch location itself. As both bookings required amendments, the fee applied to each reservation. We appreciate that this may have seemed unnecessary given the availability at the time, and we'll take your feedback on board as we continue to review our booking processes.
Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to welcome you and your family back for another enjoyable stay in the future. ^EC
It will be good when everything is up and running.

Liked Caravan was good apart from ants. However, no verandah (silver) so glad we had to leave the dog with family as too hot for it.
Kids loved the park and the outdoor pool
Lovely clean and colourful site in general.
Disliked July - Disappointed that not everything was open eg chip shop and lido.
No access to beach
Camp shop closed at 4pm
Pub food was disappointing.
