What customers say
This is a relaxed, spacious campsite popular with families, offering numerous activities for kids and adults, including games, bikes, and play areas. Facilities are generally clean and well-maintained. While some guests note road noise, many find it doesn't significantly impact their stay. Free use of fire pits and fridge/freezer space is appreciated.

Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked The beautiful location. It was nice to be surrounded by trees and hedging. There were opportunities for shade. The toys/activities were a nice touch.

Would like to stay here again for the quiet and location.
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked The entertainment for all ages. Giant jenga, large chess set, big connect 4. Ping pong tables. Lots of bikes and ride on toys for younger children. Was a really nice touch from the campsite owners. Toilets and shower cleaned everyday. Plenty of fridge and freezer storage. A nice flat field. We found a really nice pub 10 minutes walks from the campsite.
Disliked Not really a dislike, the washing up sink was really low. Even for a shorter person like me!

Basic field campsite on the side of a busy road.
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Lots of games to play at the site.
Disliked I found it a little underwhelming, the site is basic and a little sparse in my opinion. I'm sure it is great for if you have kids as there were lots of games to play (paddle ball, table tennis etc). However, the sound from the busy road was very difficult to ignore, there were no marked bays for where to camp, you couldn't see the sunset because of the trees and there weren't many facilities.

Liked Great location, clean and tidy facilities. Staff are very helpful and quick to respond via text.
I only planned on a 2 night stay but extended a further 2 nights.
I seen reviews regarding the noise from main road , yes you can hear it slightly but it’s not that bad.

Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked We came as a group of 3 couples and there was plenty of room for us to pitch next to one another. Vibes were chilled, absolutely loads of stuff for kids to do if you're bringing them, good facilities, even has an American fridge freezer for everyone to use! Will absolutely come back again.
Disliked Genuinely nothing. Lovely site.
