What customers say

This lovely marina spot is praised for its calm vibe, friendly staff, and great canal-side location for walks. Pitches are usually spacious and tidy, some with full hook-ups. Facilities are mostly clean but a bit dated, with limited availability sometimes causing waits. The nearby Plough pub is a hit. Easy access to Lichfield and the National Memorial Arboretum.

Primitive gravel travel trailer campsite

Liked Flat level pitches with good access.

Disliked Pitch hadnt had any maintenance, What should of been grass was full of stingers, toilet paper, a full milk carton and an old camping chair.
We collected all of the toilet paper to stop the dogs eating it, but the milk and camping chair was still there when we left!

Primitive gravel travel trailer campsite

Liked Stayed for 2nights, booked ready for music festival at the plough, convenient. Spacious pitch.

Disliked Left over broken chairs and toilet roll in the hedge. Not impressed that the pitch hadn’t been checked prior to our arrival.
Shower block in need of some tlc - paint peeling off walls n limescale affecting shower head.

FHU gravel travel trailer campsite

Liked There was water and electricity on all the pitches. The pitches were fully hard standing.

Disliked The showers and toilets were rather a long way from the caravan and camping areas, as they were designed to be used by the Marina.
The waste and recycling bins were full.
