What customers say
This adults-only spot gets kudos for its serene vibe, spotless facilities, and welcoming hosts. Spacious, private pitches are nestled among trees. A short drive to shops, though some mention road noise and spotty Wi-Fi. Great for exploring Shropshire!

Nice site, with good facilities.

Liked Lovely well kept site with good facilities and relaxed atmosphere.
Disliked Too far from pubs and shops.
Recommend to friends Visit again
From the manager: We are glad that you liked the site and its facilities and the general atmosphere of the site.
Craven Arms which has the main public transport links, large supermarket, independent take aways and pubs is a couple of miles away.
The Swan at Aston on Munslow is about 4.5 miles away, The Appletree at Oinibury is about 2.5 miles away.
The beautiful medieval town of Ludlow has loads of independent shops and eateries, a castle, river, brewery is approx. 9 miles away and Church Stretton is about 8.5 miles away.
the local taxi firms are used to dropping off / picking up at the site.
We do send out a list of local pubs and taxi firms and things to do or see in the area to help guests research the area and what it has to offer before they come. This information is also available on site and Brian and I are always to chat to guests re these.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review we do appreciate it.

From the manager: We are glad that you enjoyed your stay with us.
We like our guest to have the opportunity to relax and unwind so try to ensure that they have plenty of space between them and the neighbouring glamping pod or pitch.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and the praise for our "very clean amenities"
We hope to see you again in the future.

Liked Lovely quiet place, nicely set out around trees offering privacy

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a nice review.
We are a quiet and peaceful rural site surrounded by farm fields so guests have the opportunity to just sit, relax and listen to the birdsong whilst chatting / reconnecting with their partner, friend or family members.
Whilst we are rural there are several quaint market towns to mooch around, several castles, miles of walking / cycling set amongst some spectacular scenery and plenty of places to eat and drink in the area.
Great place, would return

Liked Nice hosts, facilities are very clean.
Lots of love and care goes into this family owned camping park
Disliked Road is nearby but it’s only a minor issue which is also positive as it’s easy to get anywhere

From the manager: Thank you for leaving us such a fab review - we do appreciate it.
We are glad you enjoyed your stay in a standard glamping pod.
Each glamping pod has a 4ft (double) bed, small fridge, heater, kettle, plates, cups, bowls, cutlery inside and bistro set a large masonry chimenea which can be used for a fire, BBQ or open fire cooking outside.
There is nothing nicer than sitting out by a fire as the sun sets, darkness falls and the stars pop out with a drink of your choosing and chatting with your partner / friend / family member.
The site is just off the B4368 which is generally a quietish road but when it is acting as a diversion route for road repairs especially on the A49 it does get a larger volume of traffic.
We are located mid way between the beautiful medieval market town of Ludlow and the spectacular scenery of Long Mynd / Carding Mill. Bridgnorth and Much Wenlock can be accessed via the B4368 by turning left out of the site and the A49 if you turn right.
We really are an ideal base for seeing, discovering and exploring the beautiful Shropshire Hills and all they have to offer.
Thank you again

Liked Quiet area, no children, well-spaced plots, clean facilities, warm welcome.
Disliked Nothing

From the manager: Our quiet adult only campsite set in the rolling Corvedale Hills has spacious pitches (with the required fire break between the pitches) which are broken up by the mature trees which provide an element of privacy, shade and a haven for a wide variety of birds.
We do clean and check the bathrooms several times a day but we have found having no children helps us maintain them easier.
Thank you for leaving us such a nice review.

The standard glamping pods have a 4ft double bed, small fridge, kettle, heater, plates, bowls, mugs and cutlery inside and a bistro set (2 metal chairs & a table) and a large chimenea outside. This can be used for a fire providing warmth and a focal point or for open fire cooking or a BBQ.
Lynn did contact me by email saying she meant lovely not loving.
We hope to see you again in the future.

Well established with plenty of shade from tree
Disliked Dog from house nearby vigorously barks at 07:20, a bit early for me, but then settles down
Recommend to friends Visit again
From the manager: The mature trees do provide some privacy, shade and are a haven for small birds and wild life.
We try to arrange bookings for the generous size pitches so that the site never appears crowded giving guests a chance to relax and chat with their partners.
The majority of our guests are impressed to find shower rooms - shower, toilet and wash basin easier than separate shower and toilet blocks. If the door is locked it means someone is using that bathroom or toilet - we have individual toilet rooms as well.
We are glad that you enjoyed your stay despite the neighbours guests dog barking at 7.20 in the morning - something we have no control over.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review - we do appreciate it.

From the manager: We are glad that you enjoyed your stay with us on our small quiet adults only site and were impressed with our facilities.
The site has plenty of mature trees that break up the pitches, provide an element of privacy / shade and a haven for the birds and wildlife in the area. Being surrounded by fields we often see red kites and buzzards flying overhead.
Thank you for leaving us such a lovely review and we look forward to seeing you again in the future.
