Syntes om My partner and me stayed here for a few nights over my birthday. It was the most relaxing time we've had in a while! So peaceful in the evenings just having a campfire on the chiminea going, and we could hear owls every night! It was spectacular! Cabin was clean, warm, spacious, and we even got upgraded to the premium one as no one was staying there! Thank you to the owners for this! Lovely hot showers and there was plenty of them as well as toilets, definitely enough to cater to many people who camped or glamped there! Wish we didn't have to leave, it was a great break and experience! We'll be looking to book again for sure :)

There is something magical about sitting round a fire in the chimenea watching the sunset, darkness fall and the stars popping out. We often hear the owls but rarely see them.
We are glad that you enjoyed your unexpected stay in the premier glamping pod (4ft 6 double bed, slimline fridge, kettle, heater, 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 sets cutlery, 2 mugs, breakfast bar with 2 barstools inside and a chimenea and bistro set outside) and had a relaxing few days.
There is plenty to see and do in the area and the Shropshire Hills are beautiful any time of year.

Syntes om Lovely, peaceful site. Nicely spaced pitches with large beautifully kept grounds amongst trees. Amazing sunset towards Craven Arms. Loads of information available about walks and activities locally. Owners very helpful showing us details of a walk using country lanes to Craven Arms-quite a long way around and very undulating but safer than using the more direct 60mph road with few footpaths.

We do not advocate guests walking along the B4368 as stated there are no footpaths, it is a twisty road with a 60 mile an hour speed limit in places. The back route using public footpaths through fields and quiet country lanes is much safer.
We are an area of low light pollution so get some spectacular sunsets and starry skies. Guests often see shooting stars too.
The looking for inspiration wall above the washing up sinks give a quick snapshot of some of the places our guests like to visit.

Syntes om Absolutely lovely site, so beautiful and plenty to do like visiting Ludlow. Clean shower and toilet facilities, really lovely owners who welcomed us onto the site and we pitched up in a lovely gap in the trees. Will definitely be booking here again but probably for longer next time!

Ludlow is a beautiful medieval town with it's castle, Market, river, St Laurence's Church, independent shops and eateries.
We are an ideal base for exploring the beautiful Shropshire Hills and all that there is to do and see.

Fra bestyreren: We are a small independent site set in the beautiful Shropshire Hills in the west Midlands which proves popular as a meet up point for adult friends and families from all over the UK.
We are an ideal base for exploring / discovering Shropshire and the surrounding area or as a stop over whilst you break your journey.
We have a lot of information available on places to visit, eateries, walks, National Trust and English Heritage properties and provide odds and ends (extra plates / cutlery etc.) above the washing up sinks in case of need.

Syntes om Warm welcome from Brian, super clean facilities, ensuite showers! Its really quiet, although there's a road next to the site but its not busy most of the time. Being adults only makes it easy going and friendly. We parked up our campervan and had ample space for our 3m² awning. Washing up is outdoor but a very sheltered and well equipped area. Loads of tips for exploring the area and lots of stuff to borrow if you need it. WiFi was available but we didnt ask for it as we try to.minimise distractions ;) Love it here which is why it was our second visit. Weather was very wet but still had an enjoyable stay. Thanks Brian and Jane for a lovely time. We'll be back!

Fra bestyreren: Thank you for leaving us such a lovely review after your second stay with us at our "easy going and friendly" adults only camping, caravanning and glamping site.
We try to make to ensure guests have access to information on things to do in the area by sending out as an attachment to the confirmation email, having an inspiration board at the washing up sinks and leaflets from the places themselves.
This part of the Shropshire Hills has plenty to explore and discover - Brian and I are always happy to have a chat if you still require more information or have any issues.
Our generous size pitches are broken up by mature trees giving guests an element of privacy and many species of birds a home.
Whilst we do provide free WI FI if the site is busy it may not be sufficent to stream films or sporting events.

Fra bestyreren: Thank you for leaving us a great review highlighting our "fabulous facilities" - we have 4 shower rooms (3 also have a toilet) 7 individual toilets, 4 washing up sinks.
There is an inspiration "wall" giving snap shots of some of the things to do in the area over 2 of the washing up sinks.
The hardstanding pitches have their own drinking water tap, grey water waste drainage and electric hook up.

Fra bestyreren: Our adults only camping, caravanning and glamping site is located in the rolling Corvedale Hills which provide a lovely everchanging landscape as a back drop to the mature trees we have on site.
We are sorry about the "dirty" mophead in a shower room - the heads are cleaned and changed regularly but they do get dirtier when it is wet and have on occasion been borrowed to clean ground sheets. If this had been brought to our attention we have changed it immediately.

Fra bestyreren: We find that being a small adults only, camping, caravanning and glamping site we have many regulars visiting us which creates a friendly vibe as they are always willing to help or talk to other guests. Many great friendships have been formed whilst staying with us.
Brian and I are always happy to talk to guests about what the area has to offer and where is good to eat or drink at whilst visiting particular areas like the medieval town of Ludlow. Just catch us when we are out and about on site or pop to the house or outside office - the curtains will be open if we are working out there.

Syntes om Nice quiet site.The main toilets/ showers at entrance were great & everything supplied which is good. Facilities were always spotlessly clean, would recommend.

Syntes ikke om Toilets at furthest end of site were inadequate. Basically a capsule for slim people. Knees and head hitting the door when sat down & a sink you could barely wash your fingers in.

The 2 additional toilets at the camping end of the site are functional and were put up there for the convenience of guests not wishing to walk down to the main toilet block at night or in the rain. Guests have a choice of whether to use them or not.
The showers are in the main toilet block at the bottom of the site and are in "bathrooms" containing the shower, toilet and a wash basin . There are also additional individual toilets. Thank you for your kind words re these.
