Kessingland Beach Holiday Park

Liked I absolutely loved the non electric large pitches. It was so peaceful and spacious. My son has Autism and Adhd and I loved how it had a fence all the way around, and they had grown reeds because I believe their maybe water around the perimeter. The outside pool was lovely ( we didn't use the inside one ) and the campsite was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and not judgemental when my son was having meltdowns.

Disliked There is only one shower / toilet block which is used by the campers but it is amongst the caravans. If you have young children, it would be worth bringing a portable potty. I wouldn't feel comfortable walking to the loo in the night.
I think it would be worth the lifegaurds giving 15 minute warning until the end of the pool session. I didn't realise the pool session was ending until the lifeguard let us know and I didn't have time to prepare my autistic son. He had an epic meltdown.

Disliked Sadly shower pipes blocked up and drains away very slowly, backing up flooding by end of day, has been reported I believe and will get sorted

Liked Electric pitch was good, clean andcwell supplied. Toilets and shower close by. Water and bins too. Beach 5 minute walk away. I can't really find a fault. Was able to use swimming pool included which was very nice on hot days.

Disliked I didn't dislike anything but it just wasn't my type of site, being in a park home site. I just needed to try out a new electric extension plug gang before my big trip to Wales.

Liked Unfortunately I cannot give a positive review as I was unable to go. The campervan I rented had a leak on the water system and I had to return it. Kessingland have so far refused to allow me to rebook

Disliked Customer service appalling. Up to 2 weeks to respond to an email, no WhatsApp. Aren't we supposed to be in the communication century? And total jobsworths enforcing rules without taking account of the situation.

Liked Nice location, and lovely facilities. Lots of things to do on site and the beach is a very short walk away

Disliked Wifi is not free and has an awful signal, toilet blocks are among the static caravans and not by the camping which is not very logical and makes it a fair walk. Need clearer lay our for pitches as the pitch next to us decided to park on our pitch the whole weekend.

Liked We enjoyed staying here the booking in process was seamless, there was always something going on for my daughter, pitches where a decent size and were well maintained. Showers and toilets where cleaned and toilet roll replaced often. Food in the restaurant is on par with a Wetherspoons.

Disliked It was a busy weekend so was a little loud, with music but that's not the sites fault. The only things I would say was a pain was the distance we were from the toilet facilities with a child and no wifi, we did not pay the extra, or telephone reception..

Disliked The location is very tight for caravan towing, the pitch I was given was waterlogged and my caravan "sunk" before I could park it so had to be towed off by a tractor. Grass is cut most days so not peaceful at all, also the person who does the gardening decided to strim around my caravan whilst I was in it asleep, and covered my caravan in grass!!!, Staff not that friendly when asked if there was a feedback form, just given an e-mail address. No dogs allowed in any area of the facilities- bar, arcade, and the shower was cold- was told that there was a problem with the boiler and waiting for repair- not know when this was going to be done.
