Positiv Easy stopover on route

Negativ Small pitches too close to people next to us, right next to a very noisy busy road which didn’t really quiet down during the night

Vom Platzbetreiber: Thank you for your feedback, Lindsay. We're pleased you found Balkenna a convenient stopover and rated our facilities, customer service and cleanliness so highly. We're sorry that the pitch spacing and traffic noise affected your stay. We appreciate you sharing your experience and will keep your comments in mind as we continue improving the site.

Positiv Spacious pitch very quiet to say the road was behind

Negativ Campervan parking at the other end of the site a long way from the toilets/showers caravan part has barrier to enter campervan part doesn’t seem more keen on caravans didn’t seem worth the cost

Positiv Lovely pitch very private fantastic views

Negativ Road a bit bumpy , for someone who doesn’t use what three words pitch could do with a number or name on to make it easier to find

Positiv View was lovely Great toilets/shower block

Negativ Although it says small pitch wasn’t expecting how small (about 6ftbetween us and next pitch)when the next people arrived we couldn’t sit at the side of our van due to lack of room had to sit at the back facing the dog walking field with people constantly walking past most expensive site we have stayed on and the smallest
