Positiv Peaceful and spacious - was secure due to keypad barrier system. Toilets and showered were very clean. Small pot wash area. Lovely stay if you are looking for relaxation but close enough to the shopping outlet, park and ride and everything York has to offer.

Negativ - Stool in showers missing - Don’t like Elsan points in the floor in the open with a removable lid personally - Lack of knowledge in the tackle shop - told there was a match on a lake my husband wanted to fish only to find out later in the day that there hadn’t been a match! - would have liked a barrier to where the tourers/vans were -Lack of signage to where to go as no reception (we were greeted however by the owner) -no WiFi available during our stay
