Rundzelt Wild Glamping
Positiv The facilities were clean and well maintained, with plenty of sinks and space for everyone. The bucket showers were great, and a big hit with our 5 year old. The hammock next to the tent was also a lovely touch, and we really enjoyed chilling out in it (and bat-spotting in it at twilight!).
Negativ We were given a bell tent pitch that was right next to the car park, so we could see the cars through the trees (and heard several car alarms going off). Understand that they need to fit as many pitches in as possible, and it's a busy August week with a campsite that's probably at capacity, but none of the pictures or language on the website indicated that this might be a possibility. It was a bit of a disappointment, as we were hoping for a more secluded woodland experience. If you're looking for a cosy, magical campsite then probably best to avoid, as the whole atmosphere is quite businesslike and wipe-clean.

Vom Platzbetreiber: Hi Astrid, Thank you for your review. We pride ourselves on our clean facilities and efficiently run off-grid campsite in the forest! Your tent was a good 40-50m into the dense forest, as shown on the map here https://maps.app.goo.gl/VzVQwuEifF9FBKCu7 (it's the one right in the middle of the map, direclty above the white facilities building). You can also see from the map how much space we leave between individual pitches, offering a slice of forest seclusion for everyone and it's one of the things our guests love the most! Thanks, All the team at Pegs and Pitches
