Positiv Well kept site with the lakes and trees. Friendliness of owners and bus stop nearby to other towns. Clean toilets and showers and great information kiosk.

Negativ Pitches, we found, were a bit close together compared to most other sites we have been to.

Positiv Quietness and countryside. Toilets were clean and modern. Bar on site although we didn't use it. Well kept site and decent sized pitches.

Positiv Views from pitch and picnic bench for each pitch.

Negativ Long bumpy/uneven drive to site. Toilets and showers were very basic and very dirty. We stayed 4 nights and they weren't cleaned during this time. Rubbish bin in toilets full. Expensive considering the facilities were additional. Tearoom and shop not open. I assume only open in summertime but would be nice to have known this beforehand.

Positiv Great location in the middle of the country in Somerset near to the coast. Lovely pub at site with good food. Quiet and nice host.

Negativ No hardstanding but luckily the weather was okay at the time we stayed

Positiv Clean and well kept site. Flat pitches. Friendly host. Suited us as we wanted a quiet site without children although it is on a working farm. Just on the outskirts of the village so could walk in to get the bus to Ely. The site facilities looked clean and were heated although were not able to use due to Covid. Supermarket 1 1/2 miles away. Walks around the surrounding area from the site.
