Positiv Brilliant site, I like the relaxed vibe, nice and peaceful with few onsite lights so you can benefit from the dark sky. We’ve booked again for later on in the year.

Positiv Another site to add to our return list. Well laid out site, lovely landscaping that means you don’t feel like you’re in boxed rows. Dog friendly site along with Bala being the same. Easy flat walk to the lake or to the Main Street. No children’s play park, which we like. WiFi has to paid for but we got a reasonable tv signal a mobile data, so not bothered. The site has a mix of grass pitches for tents and the hard standing for caravans and motorhomes. You can have a fire in a raised fire pit which was lovely to see people chatting round them as the sun set.

Negativ Not open all year, shame as it would be a great winter getaway

Positiv Great location, The campsite Is attached to the pub. It’s only small but perfect. The bathroom facilities are clean and warm. Great views when the fog wasn’t on us. We just wanted a few nights away and this site ticks all the boxes for a relaxing break. We booked to eat in the pub both nights and weren’t disappointed, proper pub food, plus the bar is dog friendly. We can’t comment on the child friendliness as we don’t have children. The WiFi in the pub was slow, might be because we were at the wrong end of the pub to get a signal, but there is 4G around the site.

Negativ Close to main toad but as we are in a motor home and it was quiet at night.
