Positiv Lovely little bar area and the pool looked beautiful although I didn’t use it (had a bit of rain during our stay)
Ordered coissants from reception. Ordered an evening meal also.
Negativ The noise from the A7 is a constant droning noise. Not noticeable really until the night time.

Grasbewachsener Stellplatz mit optionalem Stromanschluss
Positiv Walking distance to a small town. Car boot sale on Sunday with food and music.
The river runs alongside the site, which our dog loved. The lady who greeted us was very lovely. The campsite is quiet and peaceful.
Negativ It was the end of season so very quiet. I couldn’t find the chemical disposal point and no obvious grey waste disposal either.
The shower head was hanging so difficult to enjoy a hot shower, however they were kept clean.

Vom Platzbetreiber: Thank you for your review, great to read you liked the flat grass pitch and you would recommend us to friends. Unfortunatley you did not enquire about walks when I greeted you on arrival and you did not spot the information in the Info Hut which has details and directions for you to walk along the path outside the caravan site gate towards the public right of way. This is a lovely countryside walk during which the dogs can safely run free from their leads. There is a circular route and a also a walk into the suberb of Fulford. Kind regards Gina and Gary
