Positiv We had a very enjoyable couple of nights at Stud Farm. The facilities are basic but kept very clean and good hot water if used at the advertised times. Only two showers and two toilets each for men and women, so i can imagine queues forming when busy! 45 minute walk to the beach and 60 mins to Rodmell.
